There's all this hype about XPEL Paint Protection Film also known as Clear Bra. One of the demo videos we saw at Texas Tint Masters is one where the film was lit on fire and it did not damage it—so we tried it out! Is it TRUE?!
To our surprise, it held up really well. At the end of 3 brutal flame tests, we did notice slight discoloration start to form however, this was after pushing the film to its extremes. How is this relevant?
Well, in our perspective, if it can hold up to this kind of heat by a flame, it should do extremely well to hold up against the sun for years.
